Policy Overview

All paid subscriptions include a 24-hour free trial. After the trial period, all sales are final with no refunds.

24-Hour Free Trial

All paid plans include a 24-hour free trial. Your payment method is collected at checkout but will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel within the first 24 hours, you will not be charged.

No Refunds After Trial

Once the 24-hour trial period has ended and your payment has been processed, all sales are final. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, for any subscription period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then.

Billing Issues

If you experience a billing issue (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please open a support ticket in our Discord server. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
